Data we may process

When you contact us or request a resource, we may process the data you provide directly: your name, email address and, if you choose to share them, your company and role. We may also record the consent provided, the date and the source of the request.

When you visit the website or submit a request, limited technical data such as your IP address and browser or user-agent identifier may be processed to protect the service, detect abuse and investigate technical incidents. For new checklist requests, the raw IP address is used transiently to limit abuse; the lead record keeps only a pseudonymous hashed identifier. Server security logs may process the IP address temporarily.

• Deliver a resource you request and confirm that the request was handled.
• Keep evidence of the request and its related consent.
• Protect the website, limit abuse, diagnose failures and maintain operational security.
• Meet legal obligations or defend rights when applicable.

Optional marketing

Occasional technical material or commercial updates are an optional purpose and require a separate choice. Declining that option does not prevent delivery of a requested resource or a response to your inquiry. You may withdraw that authorization at any time by writing to jgutierrez@jgsistemas.net.

Retention and protection

Data is kept only while necessary for the purposes described, to handle an active request or relationship and, where applicable, to meet obligations or address potential liabilities. It is then deleted or disassociated from an individual when appropriate. We apply reasonable safeguards suited to the nature of the information and service.

Sharing and sale of data

JG Sistemas does not sell personal data. If a technology provider needs to process information to operate the website, deliver a communication or handle a request, the processing will be limited to that service. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or by a valid request from a competent authority.

Your choices and data rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing, or withdraw consent by emailing jgutierrez@jgsistemas.net. Include your name, the right you wish to exercise, the relevant data and a way to receive a response. We may request only the information needed to verify that the request comes from the data subject or their representative.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the current version will be published at this address with its update date. A change that requires new consent will be presented separately when applicable.
